Ready-mix concrete prices in Bali: what you pay for per cubic metre

Concrete in Bali is sold per cubic metre, delivered to your site. The number on a quote depends on seven things. Here they are, so you can compare offers like for like — and get an exact price from us in one message.

Our current price list is sent by WhatsApp: tell us the grade, the volume and the location and you get a written quote the same working day.

Seven things that set the price per m³

  1. Grade. Higher K means more cement per cubic metre — K-300 costs more than K-225, K-350 more again. Order the grade on the drawing, not a higher one "to be safe".
  2. Volume. A full truck is the cheapest cubic metre. Most plants in Bali set a minimum order of about one truck load; smaller pours carry a part-load surcharge.
  3. Distance. Plants price by zone: the further the site, the more road time per truck — and the concrete must still arrive inside its 90-minute placing window.
  4. Pump. A concrete pump is charged separately, usually per day or per shift, sometimes with a minimum volume. Ask whether pipes, the operator and set-up are included.
  5. Access. If a standard mixer cannot reach the pour, a smaller minimix truck does more trips per cubic metre — the price per m³ goes up.
  6. Mix details. Slump (how wet), fly-ash or non-fly-ash cement, retarder for long hauls, pump mix, waterproofing admixture — each changes the recipe and the price.
  7. Tax and payment. Quotes are given with or without VAT (PPN); check which. Deposit, payment on delivery or credit terms also move the number.

How to compare two quotes properly

  • Same grade and same slump. K-300 at slump 12 for pumping is a different product from K-300 at slump 10.
  • Same tax basis: both with VAT or both without.
  • Delivery zone named, not "Bali". Ask what happens if the site is outside the zone.
  • Pump, waiting time and cancellation: are they included, and at what rate after the free period?
  • Minimum order and part-load fee written down.
  • Quality control: ask whether a slump test at the site and test cubes are included.

What to send for an exact quote

  • Grade (K or fc′) from your drawing, or what you are pouring — we will suggest.
  • Volume in m³ — or the dimensions; our calculator turns them into m³ with a waste margin.
  • Location: a map pin or the address, and the width of the access road.
  • Date and time of the pour, and whether you need a pump.
  • Who the invoice is for: company (PT/CV) or private person.

Questions we get

Is there a minimum order?

Most ready-mix plants in Bali set a minimum of about one truck load. Smaller volumes are usually possible with a part-load surcharge — ask when you request the quote.

Do you publish a price list?

Prices change with cement and fuel costs, so we quote per project rather than publish a fixed list. Send the grade, volume and location and you receive a written quote.

How much does a small pour of 1–3 m³ cost?

Small pours are the most expensive per cubic metre: a truck still has to drive and wash out. A minimix truck or a part-load fee applies. If you can group small pours into one delivery, you save.

Does the price include a concrete pump?

Normally no: a pump is a separate service, charged per day or per shift. Ask for it to be listed on the quote.

Are prices with or without VAT (PPN)?

We state the tax basis on every quote. When comparing suppliers, make sure both numbers are on the same basis.
